Navigating the world of no-code development on Bubble can seem complex, but the right resources like Atomic Fusion can help you make waves. One critical aspect of Atomic Fusion is its Asset Quality Score. As an aspiring member of the Creator Program, ensuring that your assets meet the desired score is vital to monetizing them.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the nuances of this scoring system and provide actionable tips to boost your assets' scores above 40, securing your Asset's eligibility for the Creator Program.

1. What is the Asset Quality Score?

The Asset Quality Score is a metric between 0 and 100 on Atomic Fusion. This score serves as a measure of the overall quality of an asset. It's an indication of its reliability and how effectively its metadata guides users in its utilization. Assets with high scores are also more likely to feature prominently on lists and feeds on Atomic Fusion.

2. Understanding Quality Score Factors

Each factor that contributes to the Quality Score carries a certain weight. Here’s a breakdown of these factors and how they impact your score:

  • Thumbnail Image: A clear, accurate representation of your asset is paramount. Avoid adding additional texts, overlays, or embellishments.

  • Asset Title: Ensure it's descriptive and contains at least two words. Avoid filler words like ‘test’ and ‘temp’.

  • Asset Description: This should be comprehensive, detailing its use cases and potential applications. Ensure it's above 250 characters and mentions all dependencies required, including plugins, code insertions and more.

  • Readme: Think of this as a mini user manual. It should detail how users can utilize the asset, list dependencies, and provide any special instructions. A minimum of 250 characters is recommended.

  • Include Styles: Styling makes assets more user-friendly. Simply check the ‘Include Styles’ box when uploading if the elements in your upload contain style references. Your users will then be able to paste this asset with styles into their app and grab all the styles with a single click.

  • AI Copy Feature Compatibility: This becomes active when an asset qualifies for the AI Copy feature. (coming soon)

  • Authenticity: After a manual check by Atomic Fusion, the asset should look and function as described.

  • Preview Link: Providing a run-mode preview gives users a firsthand experience of your asset. This highly increases the probability of users pasting your asset into their apps.

  • Dependencies & Plugins: Clearly mention these in your asset's description.

  • Relevant Asset Tags: Use at least three relevant tags to enhance searchability.

Some of these factors get automatically checked as you enhance your asset on the Asset page. Making changes based on the instructions will lead to a better Quality Score.

Note that some factors like Authenticity are scored subjectively and will require a manual check for your asset to qualify for them. An Asset with a Quality Score of 40 or more will qualify for submission to the Creator Program and a manual assessment.

3. Base Factors & Explore Page Eligibility

Certain factors are essential to get your asset featured on the Explore page. These are:

  • Providing a Thumbnail Image

  • Title consisting of more than 2 words

Without these, the asset will not be eligible to appear on the Explore page.

4. Actionable Tips to Boost Your Asset's Quality Score:

  1. User-centric Thumbnail: Ensure your thumbnail gives potential users an accurate representation of what to expect. The clearer the image, the better the impression.

  2. Descriptive Title: Think about what users might search for. Use relevant keywords but avoid keyword stuffing.

  3. Detailed Description and Readme: Use this space to provide as much information as possible. A detailed guide can drastically improve the user experience, leading to better reviews and increased trust. Aim to make your Asset page a valuable resource to other Bubblers, and engagement will follow.

  4. Stay Updated with Trends: Atomic Fusion, like all platforms, evolves constantly. Stay updated with the latest features and ensure your assets are compatible.

  5. Seek Feedback: Before finalizing your asset, ask colleagues or friends for feedback. External perspectives can provide invaluable insights.

5. Continuous Improvement:

The Quality Score updates every time there's a change to your asset. Regularly revisiting and updating your assets ensures that they stay relevant and maintain a high quality score. An asset that constantly evolves based on user feedback and platform updates is more likely to remain in demand.
